So finally decided to try and get a ham radio license. When I was in California last, my friend Smitty had me try the ham radio practice test for Technician, the first level, without any studying, etc.. Passed the practice test, so I figured that if I actually studied, I could pass Technician, and then General easily. Test day was today, and I passed both tests, which is pretty cool.

So Krux - You're running Xen on the new box.. are you using virt-manager for the administration or something else? How did you do the first guest remote install? When I kept trying to set up everything I can't ever seem to get the guest console to show. Not locally or via a VNC over a port forwarded SSH. Sucks. I was trying it all on a SL6 install.. I might have to try something else.

Anyone still have a working CCO account? I'd like to see 'try' the latest ASA 8.2x tree software.. if that's possible.. I don't know why they limit access for one year and want you to keep paying for updates to their firmware.. that's some BS stuff right there.. :/

So with Chrome, when you get to the bottom to click on 'Main Page' or the other item, Chrome shows you what the URL is for the link, and it covers it up.. so you can't click on it. And yes, I know I can go to the top, but it's at the bottom, and I like using the bottom one.. it would just be cool if it was up about 1/4" from the bottom.. Just a thought..

According to the LA Convention center website it will be June 5th, 6th, and 7th. We can still do free registration if we register before mid April 2012, just have to submit those forms of ID :)
