Savage's setup (in his mansion) is pretty inspiring. After finishing up some other goings-on, I'm thinking about building a media rig that's even remotely as awesome as his. Still not worried much about gaming on the PC so the specs don't need to be huge, but it's got many cool little flibbity-jibbits. He can control it with his TV remote, his phone, etc. Sweet little ride.

And you too.. I know I've chatted with him and Rub about how they do their media.. and I know what works for me and how I do mine.. so by all means.. we can throw some ideas out there and try and keep it reasonable and with what works for you. You might not need all the stuff he uses.. or the libraries and things.

My rigs are not fancy or amazing by any means. Sure I have a bit of storage and time put into grabbing stuff, but other than that... there's nothing much special here. But thanks for mentioning the Mansion again. The IRS has started calling.

You ain't from this planet are you, Vincent? Who is gonna mug two black fellas, holding pistols, sat in a car that is worth less than your shirt?

People have trouble calibrating their reality and their perspective. I think the same to myself often, but then look at what I have. I may be poor compared to finance people in the second most expensive city in the USA, but then compare that to the rest of America or even the rest of the Bay Area and I'm not doing too bad.

That book you loaned me awhile back added some interesting perspective to that for me as well.Good timing too, the change in lifestyle might have been a lot harder for us if we hadn't mentally prepared for it.

Caliber and I would shoot the shit about our kids, patriotism, military stuff, and the merits of plentiful parking in "rogue states."
