No scam whatsoever. I developed a piece of technology for las vegas realtors. I'm working with members of the local association of realtors and they are paying me a fair price for my technology. The tech I made plus into a website which I create for an additional fee. I only care about compatability with IE, all other browsers can go fuck themselves. On top of that I offer Internet marketing and search engine positioning. It's a pretty sweet deal for a realtor and pays me well enough.
