Unicron finally had a place he could write Paris and fulfil his dreams.. so he writes and got the following response.. don't know why it's faxed unless he was sharing it with his sewing circle too.

Honestly.. I'm glad the judge told her to fuck off. I was really thinking our system was getting to the point of no return. Between this and the kid that just got a possible release for a 10 year stint on a blow job.. it looks there might just be a glimmer of hope.

Ok.. let's look at it this way. Your a senior, she's a sophomore. If they had sex.. it would have been a misdemeanor or something.. but because it was a blow job it was 10 years.. not like 2. And further more... it was consensual.. she started it. and he's the dude in jail. And then.. 3 years later.. had they done it, it would have been fine and normal?

2 years ain't shit. It is a bit young, but considering the recent trend of 13 year old chicks wanting to get some.. 17 is a long wait. hehhee In fact, now that I think about it.. that could have been me. Though i don't know how old she was.. but she was a year or two younger then me. NUTS. (ok.. just looked it up.. she was a junior.. so I'd be ok then).

Well let me qualify my statements a bit. I'm not saying she had no fault. In my view, anytime there is consensual sex like that, both are at fault (unless one can prove s/he didn't know the age of the other, etc). So yes, I believe she is just as guilty. I also agree, however, that oral sex shouldn't be an "aggravated" sentence, but FYI the sentence otherwise would have been 5 years, not 2. I furthermore agree that the legislature, when they updated the law, should have made it somewhat retroactive. And should there be a difference between fucking and sucking? Probably not.

But dude, you have to draw the line somewhere on the age of consent. Is an 18 year old able to intelligently consent to sex (realizing full well the implications of disease, pregnancy, etc and able to take responsibility)? If so, how about 17? 16? 15? 14? 13? When do we draw the line? The fact of the matter is that Georgia draws the line at 16 and that's too bad and so sad for blow job boy.

Agree with all your stuff above. 16 is a good age. And you're right.. you do have to draw a line. I just think it's good they are making progress getting the boy out earlier. Like we need more people in jail..

AG appealed it, he's back in the clink.

Read what I said.. 'possible release' as in there's a much better chance now then yesterday and it's not appealed and done.. it's appealed and going back to court. With 8 years left, I would be happy to hear I might get out sooner. I also applaud the guy for not pleading guilty. I don't know if I would do the same thing (Not to keen on prison and all that) but I do give him props for his strength.
