Been awhile since I've done a review, let's get started.

Gone Baby Gone, Ben Affleck's directorial debut, was surprisingly good. I really don't have anything great to say about Ben, who directed, or Casey, his younger brother that starred. I was never really into either of them so I came in with zero expectations. The story was written by Dennis Lehane, the author of "Mystic River", which was a fantastic movie, even if sometimes I felt it was sad/emotional for its own sake.

Not to get too far into the plot but a quick synopsis would go something like this. A little girl is taken from her home in inner city Boston. As the community is very tightly knit, all the police available are busting their asses to help. The child's aunt, feeling the mother incapable, hires Casey Afflecks character and his partner to help find the missing girl as they feel their extensive history and contacts with the community will open up leads the police won't have access to. Throughout the course of the movie, we have your typical double-crosses, who-dun-its, and slack-jawed realizations. And I can say that this movie does them very well.

So I'll give it my seal of approval. If you're looking for a well written, very dialogue based drama, it's definitely worth a rent.

Your terminology, "drug-infestation", "gutter trash", "cunt", "skank" is exactly the emotional uproar I was hoping to achieve. You're injured or upset enough by it to spend X amt of your time thinking about ME, reading what I've written, listening to what I've said, dwelling on it, comprehending it, mulling it over, replying, and gathering your thoughts into something a little above upset mindless rambling. You all have, (with the exception of your mature rational one) which to me is 'fucking priceless'. It's like a god damned Mastercard commercial :)

So cheers to you! Good show! Next time you wish to hurl insults, have something more than unfounded insinuations. I don't presume to know you nor did I target you. The display that you have made - I relish in! As I said, it was what I came here to do. :) And I have.

That's the big difference between me and volt. His mature rationalism is a great credit to him. Me, I just like to break things.

You have most assuredly been successful. You have increased the reply count to unicron's original post by several, thereby assisting him in his ratio. Since none of us really give the slightest piss about you, that pretty much means he benefits. Plus it gave several of us the opportunity to show our support for our buddy, which in turns helps him out because now he knows we have his back, whether that be on this forum or on the street. In addition, you have helped us all out by giving us a fun little topic that we can turn over and trash whenever the mood strikes us... You know how that goes "hey man, you remember that dumb bitch that was talking shit about unicron. I almost wish we had the frenchman back there for a second. <everyone laughs>" But since you have mentioned that you were bored and weren't going to have anything else to say, you will never read this. So therefore I have my benies too. Either you are infatuated with us and you come back and make some snarky but inane reply ad nauseum (further upping unicron's standing), or you go away and I can wallow in the satisfaction of getting the last word. Yay me...

To have more founded insults would require knowing more about you, and I'm afraid that is just not something I'm interested in...

So you relish being called a whore. I've known some broken broads like that. They like to get smacked around and spit on. I could tell from your demeanor you were getting hot getting trashed by a bunch of people you will never know... I guess in that way you get a little prize for yourself, congrats.

Yep, those too. As long as they aren't hard like metal or so big as to be ridiculous.

Artificial body enhancement of any kind doesn't bother me. Chick wants fake boobs, fake lips, tummy tuck, colored contacts, dyed hair, veneered teeth, and everything else? Fine by me. Same with dudes. It doesn't annoy me in the least. At best it suggest some insecurity or lack of self-esteem on the part of the buyer, but what business is that of mine?

I've seen some pretty bad tit jobs, so generally I'm not a fan of them. At Wozzeck's bachelor party, this one stripper had what I can best describe as two hatchet wounds about mid way up on her tits. I wanted to give her money just to get her to go away and quit bothering us with her presence.

I thought the cream was clearing that up?

i think someone should sell tickets to watch her KICK YOUR ASS!

I'd pay, but then I think I would pay for tickets to watch anyone kick unicron's ass...

it's not like it would be a long drawn out battle or something..

So I'll give it my seal of approval. If you're looking for a well written, very dialogue based drama, it's definitely worth a rent.

But how do you think Jumper is going to be?

I had the misfortune of seeing that. I want those two hours of my life back.

Wow.. ok then. I will definitely have to catch this on the flip side download thing.

It's a 4 door, so it's like a car with a smaller truck bed. The PreRunner trim, I believe is to have elements of a 4x4 without it actually being (and paying out the ass for) 4x4... something with the suspension or something. I can also drive in places the car couldn't go...

the prerunner was toyotas answer to the widespread laughter that the tacoma was getting as a serious offroad vehicle since most people could not afford the 4x4 package. now they have wised up and designed the prerunner to market to the cheap people so that when you see a sweet looking tacoma on the road you know it can handle its business

That said, you can still get the tacoma in two-wheel drive, but its pretty obvious that its a 2 since it looks all fleet-boring and such. you want the good look, you buy a tacoma 4x4 or a tacoma prerunner

I'm sorry, I can't hear you over the sound of how awesome I am...

Yes and no hehehe

I think that it was a good move on the part of Toyota to keep their off-road cred, and the PreRunner is a sharp looking machine. I'm just not a fan of 2 wheel drive trucks no matter what form they take and in general only purchased by those that couldn't afford the 4x4 (or in the case of the Lightning and a few other "racing" trucks, though I thought those were pretty dumb as well).

In the modern age though, I damn sure can't afford a 4x4, so I guess I'm speaking more ideologically than anything else hehehe

Ok, well I fall in the couldn't afford one category. I wanted a 4x4, I really did. I wanted to get an FJ Cruiser, but it just wasn't in my price range for what I wanted specifically.

Really, damn... the FJs in Carson are going for about the same price as the higher end prerunners... While I'm not a fan of the FJs, in the world of the modern "station wagon" SUVs, it is one of the few with good 4x4 performance ratings... its just ugly as sin

Well, I didn't sport the extra cash for one of the TRD packages on the prerunner. Mine is just a plain DoubleCab PreRunner SR5 V6. The FJ's out here, when you can find them, are running $27-32k +

i hear those are pretty cheap now in the states.. to bad i'm a bit far away, the commute would suck. Remote house management is not something i want to waste brain cells with. I don't need landlord/renter stress.

Do they not have homes in Europe?

Anyway, another thing you could do is buy a home and rent it out, and sub the rental management to a company. That way you're only the owner. On the other hand, it wouldn't be your primary residence so you would not get many of the tax benefits.

You could put some money into an IRA or something. That would help a bit.

they don't have cheap homes in Europe.. and they haven't had the collapse that you all had that allowed a lot of houses to show up cheaply. A place about 80 sq meters runs around 200,000 euro. Call it over 300,000 for under 1000 sq feet. Plus, i don't know where I'm going to be year to year.

You could put some money into an IRA or something. That would help a bit.

You would be saving up to $4,500 per year towards retirement and all the money you put into it comes out of your AGI, thus lowering your tax bracket. It's ludicrous to not do it if you have the resources and need to take it down a notch.

Hell man, I put a comfortable amount in my daughter's college fund and it drags me down a bracket by itself. Stack that with college classes, TSP, the house, and the tax free stuff and I pay taxes like I did in college. There are so many ways to bring that shit down that even you should be able to find something. Hell even donating to charity (assuming you work out the balance of donations versus tax savings)

Yeah but not tax-free and housing well paid..

And really, i only do my downloading at home ( which would now be illegal again) and I stay pretty damn busy at work, or at least as busy as I want to be.

Will you be getting a second job so you can pay for gasoline? I honestly don't understand how people can still buy vehicles like that. Heheh.

It's not that much worse than my Camry was really. It's a little different, but it's not like going from a Hybrid to an enormous SUV or anything. The amount of times I've needed/wanted a truck in the past year, and especially for wanting to just drive off the beaten path to do some photography, it just wasn't happening in Camry land.

This is paradise, I'm tellin' ya. This town like a great big pussy just waiting to get fucked.

I keep rereading this, and can't determine if you're giving me shit or not... but yes, I guess I'll proudly say I'm one of the cheap people, which it wasn't all that cheap anyway, at least not for me. I guess by most brand new 4x4 standards it was cheap.

Dude that tub of yours isn't exactly pulling 30mpg highway or anything. Some people will pay the extra $2000 (depending on average yearly distance traveled, but that was my estimate for this year as opposed to if I had owned a hybrid or high MPG car) a year to be able to actually accelerate at a rate that doesn't make you want to get out and push.

I personally love the concept of beating the shit out of something and getting candy in return... Pure Genius

My truck tends to eat gas at the rate of 11-13 mpg no matter what I do. I was able to extend it to around 14 once when I was on a road trip and really watching the tachometer.

Yea, funny thing is that even hauling a large uhaul trailer didn't even have that much of an impact on my mileage.

My goodness, I have made a greater impact than I originally expected! How funny! Am I really that addicting? That's sweet boys, thanks.. I've been checking back merely for a further laugh in it all, and I feel compelled to thank you for restoring the originally edited posts. I had c&p-ed them to an e-mail so I could laugh whenever the mood struck me, but unfortunately, the e-mail only allowed for a partial and left out the most humorous posts. :( I was a little disappointed. But my happiness is yet again restored!! So woo hoo! Thanks!

Also, the above really goes without saying, and the benefits I seek in all this none of you are either concerned with or can comprehend.. and again, I feel the need to reiterate - this doesn't fall on anyone's contentment other than my own. So whether or not I make you all happy, or I make you all upset in order to giggle myself into oblivion - as long as I giggle myself into oblivion.. I have done what I came to do.

BUT - though, I really don't have anything more to say about any of that because my desires of slandering your best lil butt buddy and causing all of you to go into a frantic uproar lol which is really so enjoyable! have been fulfilled ..I cannot let ignorance about my truck go unmentioned. Mainly because I love knowing a lot more about cars than any of you probably do, and obviously the one who made the above statement.

The wheel base on the truck is fine - because when you lift a truck that light, with that much power you don't just lift the body, you don't just lift the suspension. You spend 3 grand on a Fox Suspension lift and another 2 grand on a CST Body lift kit, slap dual Fox racing shocks (ya the kind they have on sand rails) on all the suspension, remove the sway bar to take the strain away from the tie rods, and if you've managed to follow me thus far, as I'm trying to break this down into the most simplest of terms for you - then maybe your teensy tiny little pea brain is saying, 'Oh the sway bar is gone? that truck must be loose as hell'. And if you are, then you're really showing your ignorance. With the stiff suspension and solid lift kits, the mods, custom equipment and hrs of labor by MY FRIENDS (yea I actually have them!) at TNT Motorsports & Woolworth who sponsored the truck when they gave the image to Truckin' Magazine.. isn't "loose as hell" it's solid.. Like a Rock as Chevy's are.

So, if you think you know lifted 4x4s and you think that you have something that could even remotely compare to a light ass chassis with a solid ass build with a 5.7 ltr V8 Vortec then I encourage to bring your scrap metal to the Dunes and I'll be more than happy to run some doughnuts around you, and show you just how good my luck -is- with turning.

And with that - I - have the last word. And since I wont be returning I will retain the last word. And that is a "Yay." for "Me"

And by the way - My tits are real. :)

Great out of the gate, but not much for stamina. No wonder you are always the mistress

Few things here
First: You are a fucking idiot, but that really goes without saying, so we will make that a preamble and go back to...
First (again): Throwing money at a car does [edit: oops] NOT magically make it better.
Second: Anybody can shop their truck and have what you got (if this isn't all just a fabrication of your naive mind). If you can't say you did it yourself, you can't say shit about the mods.
Third: I dare you to take THAT truck dune running. If that thing has ever seen a dune I'd be surprised, and would have had to have been long before that paintjob.
Fourth: The stuff you read in magazines is designed to sell you products, Fox is a midgrade suspension system that you get from your body-lift shops because its easy to install.
Fifth: That truck, due to its very high center of mass, would be the worst dune truck on the planet. If you weren't afraid of damaging your precious paintjob, it would be ok for mud, but dune or rock no way
Sixth: No one said shit about your sway bar, so what the fuck are you talking about
Last: You have no friends, just a collection of fools who want to fuck you and that you string along because you have nothing else to fall back on... Or maybe you don't string them along and you're just a regular whore, who can really say...

Well, maybe half a donut before it rolled anyway

And with that - I - have the last word. And since I wont be returning I will retain the last word. And that is a "Yay." for "Me"

We have conflicting definitions of last word then. Its the audience that determines final say, since if you say something and then leave, the opponent can make further comment unhindered to the audience, therefore gaining the all important last word while you sit backstage and cry yourself to sleep

And by the way - My tits are real. :)

I'm sure your mother is very proud...

Few things here
First: You are a fucking idiot, but that really goes without saying, so we will make that a preamble and go back to...

Well we know that.

First (again): Throwing money at a car does magically make it better.

I usually have better things to spend my money on personally.

Second: Anybody can shop their truck and have what you got (if this isn't all just a fabrication of your naive mind). If you can't say you did it yourself, you can't say shit about the mods.

This is true. It doesn't count unless you've made a blood sacrifice. My hands have the scars to show the years of doing my own auto work.

Fourth: The stuff you read in magazines is designed to sell you products, Fox is a midgrade suspension system that you get from your body-lift shops because its easy to install.

No no no... she's obviously a better person. Buying things does that.

Fifth: That truck, due to its very high center of mass, would be the worst dune truck on the planet. If you weren't afraid of damaging your precious paintjob, it would be ok for mud, but dune or rock no way

There is no way that thing would fit down the 4x4 trail at red rock.

Sixth: No one said shit about your sway bar, so what the fuck are you talking about

Yea. I'm not really sure how a comment about her truck being pointlessly big really generated that poorly written rant.

Very true. Wonder if she'll figure out she has to log into read this. Either way, I win.

i would normally agree with you, you know, Jiffy Lube and all being cool, but over here, the price of an oil change at the dealer.. 125 euro. Thank GOD there is a life at work and a garage I can use.. I'll spend the 30 minutes for an inspection and oil change to save $200. Shit, that's a fill up and some laps..

Probably not. In my reasonable, but not overly ridiculous, experience with women, the finer they think they are, the less effort they put into any aspect of their relationships, especially the sexual aspect. I guess they figure guys will want to fuck them even if they are a horrible lay

Awww that's precious. Try to insult it, but there isn't a single one of you that doesn't get a hard on thinking about the possibility of that sitting in your driveway. Well hurry up and bust, because that's as close as you'll ever get to it, as you polish up the Ford Tempo's plastic spinner you purchased from the automotive section at Walmart .. You'll find this nocturnal emission to be like sexual relations with Unicron, disappointing upon realization.

You seem to have the impression that we are all 20-something emos who drive rice rockets and make ostentatious claims on the pseudonymous internet because college girls make us nervous about our dick sizes. To be fair, I suppose it's a reasonable assumption as most internet forums tend to made up of a homogeneous group. I am pleased to advise you, however, that nothing could be further from the truth.

I'm ambivalent. On the one hand, I'm disappointed to learn that all her braggadocio about being proud of calling herself a bitch, announcing that she wanted everyone to know certain things, etc. was so much nonsense and crazy brave. On the other hand, I think it's legitimate to have a moment of clarity and whack out the retarded shit of our recent past; at the very least it may reflect we have learned from it. I'm OK with everything being gone because that's a bunch of stuff against my friend no longer part of the record to the world.

I didn't like the deleting posts issue we had back with Kodrik because when a post is deleted, everything that was attached to it, such as replies written by others, was also deleted. That strikes me as treading over other peoples' territory. But editing and just wiping out the content of one's own post doesn't bother me as much.

That's the way I figure it. I mean if it was something Unicron rather not have posted here, then sure, I see editing it away. But pretty much she's just been making an ass of herself.

I thought you were bored of coming here...?

Ya - I was, nobody was responding to my shit slinging or getting upset. I wanted an uproar.

I wanted to agitate, annoy, frustrate, anger, and/or upset as many of you as I can. Call it a personal goal. It was funny.

And in response to the other little man's comment about me being into him - if that's what you would like to think.

Maybe it's because I enjoy him to remember what a bitch I am. Can you forget - when I create a slanderous shit storm with every virtual friend he never had irl? You all have spent some time being unhappy with me. And so, if for only a moment I have taken up your time. And wasting someone's time leaves an impression.

But time makes you forget, or at least not think about it so much. So now that I have accomplished what I've came here for, wasted your time, some energy and upset all of your tender little hearts if only for a few days...

Goodbye!

See ya in another few months! ~_^

-Also, if this ideal seems to escape the capabilities of comprehension - I would probably recommend talking to your Voltaic. He's the only one that hasn't fallen into it. Oh.. and Unicron. Hmm, the one you all protect - defend - and waste your time on doing so. Where is his response? lol - he knows this game - all too well. He knows what I'm doing and my purpose for it. He's learned that the only way to respond is by not responding at all..

We'll see if you all have learned this once you've stopped thinking about me - like you are now.

And though I run the risk of making Unicron a GOD in your eyes, I really could care less the worshipping habits of this forum -

The truck's mine, the tits are mine, the blonde hair's mine, and fortunately, being men, you all will be that much more inclined to appreciate that desperation, boredom, a hell of a lot of Jack and Coke and the desire to get laid, however pitiful it may be - makes you wake up in the morning wondering...

And just for good measure, I close with this - I'm a funny girl, I can appreciate humor, revenge and humiliation.. even though you all will undoubtedly rush to your boy's aid. Good friends. But if you weren't you could laugh at least once today.

a pre-runner... what a girl truck ;)

Yea, I don't think you're allowed to drive one if you're not wearing a skirt.

You just want to see me in a skirt, and I'm not going to do it.

Unless I can borrow yours...

Dude, you know your wearing a dress, right? My 9 year old saw this picture and said "Daddy, why is that boy wearing a dress?" I told her its for the same reason as the hippy hair: "Some boys just get really confused, honey. We have to be supportive."

If the logic of 9 year olds worked, black men could gain racial equality by taking a bath to become white.

this fits..

Daddy's little Girl

A father watched his young daughter playing in the garden. He smiled
as he reflected on how sweet and pure his little Girl was. Tears
formed in his eyes as he thought about her Seeing the wonders of
nature through such innocent eyes.

Suddenly she just stopped and stared at the ground. He went Over to
her to see what work of God had captured her attention.

He noticed she was looking at two spiders mating. 'Daddy, What are
those two spiders doing?' she asked. 'They're mating,' Her father
replied.

'What do you call the spider on top?' she asked.

'That's a Daddy Longlegs,' her father answered. 'So, the other one is
a Mommy Longlegs?' the little girl asked.

As his heart soared with the joy of such a cute and innocent
Question he replied 'No dear. Both of them are Daddy Longlegs.'

The little girl, looking a little puzzled, thought for a moment,
Then took her foot and stomped them flat, saying 'Well, we're Not
having any of that broke back mountain shit in our garden.'

HA!

Ultra-violence running through my head.. oh.. making me see red!

"There will be blood" was interesting, but again, blunt ending. I suppose that's better then long drawn out endings.. Nice visuals. Good story.
