No, not at all. I would just expect he write something additional, instead of just a post where the only text is a HREF which doesn't really give you much clue as to what the post is concerning. If he's too lazy to write something, at least post a small quote from the thing he is linking too. Put it in a "< div class=box> < /div>" if you want to be fancy about it.
