Saw it yesterday. Anyone else?
My opinion: meh.

I was kind of meh too until the last 30 minutes. Then it got incredible. The "I love your name" and Alfred nodding scenes were epic. Those last 30 minutes were the best of the entire trilogy.

Also, fuck everyone that says what Alfred saw at the end was a dream/death sequence. Fuckers have to read so much into everything. He survived the blast. When those guys said the auto-pilot was fixed, that was your clue.

What I really didn't like.. a trailer for ANOTHER FUCKING SUPERMAN REBOOT. Jesus FUCKING christ. How's about we stop trying to remake everything and start something new. And no, i WILL NOT be going to see another damn superman movie.

They cut out the trailers when I saw it. But I saw the Superman trailer(s - there are 3 that I know of) over the weekend. Unfortunately, I will see it. I will no doubt complain about it. But I'm a diehard comic book fan. Superman is at the top of the pile. The last one sucked, but Ive seen it a few times. Like all the rest. Even IV - Quest for Peace. Yes, even that one. And from what I read about the many attempted reboots up until the last one, it could have been much much worse.

I do agree that the reboots are getting to be a little much. I did not see the Spiderman one, but I heard it wasn't that bad. Just a little soon for a redo. And Im sure most of you heard that they are rebooting Batman as well. I wont comment on the latest one for those who may have a desire to see it.

well it has been what 8 or 9 years since the first part of the last trilogy, so it was longer then the two superman ones will be and way longer then the two hulk movies..

Well the reason for the spiderman reboot was a change of who had the license for it, so they kind of had to start over.

The cool new thing is going to be to reboot a series mid movie. If you can pay for a ticket and get three different spidermen, you're a winner.

Haven't seen it yet. And upon discussion with others and a quick check of wikipedia, it looks like I might not have seen the first one yet (though I did see the second, with Joker). So basically I have no Batman-geek-cred... which amazingly I'm OK with. lol

Will check out the first two this week though (on disc) then go see the latest maybe this weekend.

Yous aw the first one with me Jack Ass. We watched it in Sac, when I went to visit. hehehe.. It was good, The second was better.. this was a good movie, between the first and second IMHO.

Its decent. Ive seen worse superhero movies. I just felt they were cramming too much into the story and at the same time left out some other parts that may have helped the story. Left me with some questions. I didnt hate it. But didnt love it either.
