Anyway, the whole reason for this update is I started working on importing the PlanetX messages. That wasn't working, since the message base code had changed since I wrote the script to import THC's messages. I wanted to check out my development site, but noticed Trac wasn't working over at <a href="http://devel.thcnet.net/" target="_blank">http://devel.thcnet.net/</a> . Well then I had to fix that. Which involved updating Python and Trac. But since Python changed, I had to fix the way Apache was installed. I figured it would ultimately be easier to install the web server and required software using the Gentoo tools used to install everything else on the system. Once I got everything working, I could go back to importing messages. Now the only problem I have to fix is tweaking the import script so it's better at matching messages with the message they were a reply to.</quote></quote></quote> <quote><quote>Are you going to import those into a message board here for fun reading?</quote></quote> <quote>That's the plan.</quote>
