I am back home now, so I can work some of these. I haven't been able to access mail at all since the migration via pop or roundcube. The webservice and ftp work great though so I'm not quite sure where the issue is.
Ok, I'll give it a look. My guess is your mailbox may not have been converted over to the new Maildir format. This weekend was busy so I didn't get a chance to look at any server stuff.
Sure would appreciate it when you get the chance, been about a week+ since I could check email. I have started to develop a nervous twitch in my left eye...
